  • The City of Springfield recently published the "National Register of Historic Places Tour in Springfield/Washington County Kentucky".  The informational Books are available at City Hall and the Springfield Opera House for a nominal fee of $2.  For more information, you may call (859) 336-5440 or (859) 336-5412 ext. 2.

  • The Central Kentucky Community Theatre presents "Steel Magnolias" on February 26, 27, 28th, March 5th, 6th and 7th;  "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat" on April 30 and May 2nd; "Thoroughtly Modern Millie Junior" May 14th and 15th; "Godspell" on May 28th, 29th, 30th and June 4th, 5th and 6th;  and Annie" on August 20, 21, 22, 27, 28 and 29th.  For more information on any of these performances you may go to the following link or you may contact the Theatre at 859-336-5412 ext 4.  www.centralkytheatre.com
