Alive After Five: All Summer Long!
Springfield hosts "Alive After Five" on Friday evenings all summer long!  Many shops are open until 8:00 p.m. and restaurants feature special offers! The musicians on Main Street are featured some evenings. Join us in downtown Springfield for food and fun with your family and friends!

Effective May 1st - Tourism Tax Ordinance
The City of Springfield has adopted an ordinance that imposes a tax upon restaurants, delis, caterers, motels, hotels, and suites. This tax will be used to enhance tourism in the community through events, marketing and tourism promotional efforts.
